The Carwash dress code is optional. For those in true Carwash spirit, and there are many, dress to excess as your favourite music or style icon from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s and turn the Carwash dance floor into your personal catwalk.

We ask that all our guests arrive smartly dressed and keep it stylish, fashionable, and funky.  Our Carwash Crew work hard to make sure the club is ready for you to party, so we ask that you do the same.  Appropriate jeans, t-shirts and branded trainers are all acceptable.  Tracksuits and sportswear are not permitted unless part of a retro outfit.

Refunds will not be issued for refusal of entry due to our dress code.

Search is in place for the safety of all our guests and is a condition of entry to the club. All guests agree to be searched prior to entry and, if deemed necessary, throughout the duration of their attendance at the club.  Guests will only be searched by a member of the same sex.  Should a guest refuse to be searched, that guest will be refused entry.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and anyone who, in our sole opinion, is suspected of taking, dealing, or asking for drugs will be searched and ejected from the club. In instances where drugs are found, guests will be detained, and the matter will be reported to the police.  Any guests found to be in possession of offensive weapons of any kind will be detained, and the matter will be reported to the police.

We invite all our guests to come to Carwash with a fun and positive mindset.

We encourage you to have a good time and drink responsibly. However, the management of the club reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse admission or service to any guests who we believe are, or appear to be, intoxicated. Furthermore, anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will also lead to refusal of entry to the club.

Refunds will not be issued for refusal of entry due to intoxication or anti-social behaviour.

All prepaid tickets and VIP packages are sold on a non-refundable basis. You understand that the purchase of any pre-paid tickets and VIP packages means that you have fully read and understood our Terms & Conditions.

Carwash operates a 7-day cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel your ticket or VIP reservation, you should do so no less than 7 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund (less any booking fees).  Any cancellation less than 7 days prior to the event date will result in the full ticket or package price being non-refundable. We do not provide refunds on pre-paid tickets or VIP packages post event either.

We arrange tables and booths to accommodate seating for approximately one third of your party with standing space for the remaining guests. Your area is a base for the evening and therefore will not seat the whole party. Our guests are often spread across the venue, on the dance floor, in the bathroom, or perhaps at the bar. This ratio is based on experience and is usually more than adequate.

If you do want to seat your whole party, then please advise your booking co-ordinator as a dinner reservation may be more suitable.

Please note that when booking a VIP Pearl package your table will be in the ground floor Cocktail Lounge or in the Restaurant. A VIP Ruby and VIP Emerald package will be located in a booth on the middle floor, our Boom room, which plays Commercial Dance floor fillers, RnB, Afro beats and Reggaeton. Our premium packages, the VIP Sapphire and the VIP Diamond, guarantee the full Carwash experience of Pop and Disco music from the 70s, 80’s, 90’s and 00’s in a private booth in the main room.

We will endeavour to accommodate your booking on your preferred floor, however the Carwash and/or Venue team reserve the right to re-allocate areas depending on availability and group size. A request for a particular room is only a request and cannot be guaranteed, except for our premium VIP Sapphire and VIP Diamond packages.

Your private area will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes from your booking time. Please aim to arrive early to avoid disappointment as after this time we reserve the right to charge the full admission fee for each guest or give your booth to someone on the waiting list.

On Saturday's the latest time we take table bookings is 10pm for our standard VIP packages and 10.30 pm for our premium VIP packages, unless a late arrival has been specifically pre-arranged with us on 020 4558 7944.

Personal photos are permitted in the club. Unauthorised filming or photography of any kind at the club is strictly prohibited.

There may, from time to time, be promotional and/or commercial photography and visual and/or audio recording of the club, the DJs, and our guests.  By entering the club, you consent to the filming and recording of your likeness for use by Carwash and our venues for any purpose and in all media.

If you have lost an item, please contact our venue direct on 020 7493 1003 providing as much detail about the item as possible.  The more detail you can give the venue team, the easier it is for them to attempt to locate your item.

If an item is found at the club or left in the cloakroom and not collected, we will endeavour to store the item for a maximum of 30 days.

We do not permit entry to single persons unaccompanied; you must come in a group of a minimum of two.

Please ensure you have all you need before entering the club as we do not permit re-entry.
